FIRST COURSE

House salad
Mixed field greens, sundried cranberries, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots with your choice of dressing.

Broccoli Cheddar Soup
Chopped broccoli and select seasonings simmered in a velvety smooth cheese sauce.

SECOND COURSE

Lemon Chicken
Tender, oven-roasted chicken breast with herb Parmesan crust, White Cheddar mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and a white wine lemon reduction.

12oz Grilled Rib Eye
Our 12 oz. Ribeye, seasoned and grilled to perfection.  Accompanied by White Cheddar mashed potatoes
and fresh green beans.

Relleno Del Mar
A tempura battered roasted Poblano pepper stuffed with a fresh crab and shrimp mixture on a bed of sweet corn sauce.  Served over red ale rice topped with pico de gallo and smothered in ranchero.  Garnished with queso fresco, bias cut green
onions and a lime wedge.

THIRD COURSE

Cheesecake
A Classic cheesecake on a sweet sugar cookie crust topped with fresh sweetened strawberries.

Carrot Cake
Warm carrot cake with cream cheese filling topped with vanilla whipped cream.

Hot Chocolate Cake
Warm chocolate cake studded with chocolate chips and fudge ganache. 
Served with homemade caramel sauce and whipped cream. 

Peanut Butter Pie
Ultra-creamy peanut butter mousse, rich chocolate ganache
and crusted peanut butter cups layered on a chocolate crust
and topped with whipped cream.
