Homemade garnished with asparagus spears

Iceberg Wedge Salad

Fresh yellow tomatoes, cucumber, smoked bacon, onion

And a blue cheese vinaigrette

 

Third Course

Mer Et Terre

Kobe beef filet with grilled Mexican gulf prawns, garlic and leek whipped

Potatoes, baby carrots and glace de veau with truffles.

Lobster Veal Tivoli

8-10 oz Lobster tail, veal medallions, brandy cream sauce, served

With grilled asparagus and pommes, frites.

Apple Brandy Chicken

Caramelized apples in a brandy butter sauce with a sun dried tomato orzo,

And sautéed baby greens.

 

Dessert

Chocolate Souffle

A delicate chocolate dessert with a raspberry and baileys anglaise

 

Triple Strawberry Cheesecake

Served with fresh strawberries
